What do you expect? Probable new features of the iPhone

iPhone /

It's that time again! Time to play the guessing game of what features the new iPhone will get! PC Magazine said that when it comes to a few features, there are really no guesses needed, as they are obvious or already decided.

“Nobody outside Apple really knows what the next iPhone looks like or what it will do, although we know it'll run iOS 6,” the news source said. “But some of the rumors are appearing so frequently that like the supposed release date, they're nearly sure things.”

One thing that may be required, PC Magazine said, is LTE, as Verizon and AT&T are not accepting any more smartphones into their lineup without it. Another bit of obvious news is the dock connector, which will feature eight or nine pins instead of the 30-pin dock connector the device had become known for.

Another thing that will most certainly be different for the new iPhone is that there will be no pre-installed Google Maps or YouTube, as the company is shifting away from dependence on Google apps, according to 9to5 Mac. There will now be new Apple maps and users will have to download YouTube themselves, most likely. If you love the current version of the iPhone, 30 pins and all, you can turn to iPhone repair in the event it breaks or malfunctions. The next generation of the device may be on the way, but we know that's no reason to abandon the tried-and-true.
