Apple's upcoming September announcement will likely feature the reveal of the final version of iOS 7, an operating system that will support all of the company's devices, including the iPad, iPhone and iPod. This will support iPhones 4, 4S and 5, as well as the fifth-generation iPod touch, Pad 2, iPad mini, and both Retina iPads. However, 9to5Mac reported that the tablet builds of this operating system may be running slightly behind that of the iPhone and iPod. Reporting on some talks within the company, there is a feeling among Apple developers that these iPad builds of the OS have been unstable thus far.

Although there may be a wait, iPad users will likely see a lot of useful features in the new iOS 7, according to TechRepublic.
