Expect thinner MacBooks soon with Intel chips

Bloomberg is reporting that Apple is preparing to launch a line of thin MacBook laptops running on the Intel's latest chips. Bloomberg said the MacBook Pro machines will be unveiled at Apple's Worldwide Developer's Conference in June and will feature HD screens, much like newer iPhone and iPads. There will also be flash memory to help cut down on startup times and increase battery life, according to what unidentified sources told Bloomberg.

Also notable about this new device is the Intel processor it will run on, named Ivy Bridge. The body will also be slimmed down from its current 0.95 inch design.
